Shipping Locations

We ship to the countries and regions currently enabled at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, "Contact Us" and we’ll let you know if we can support it.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes on delivery. (paid by the customer). Customs fees are assessed by your local government/carrier and may be due before delivery. 

Processing & Production Time

All PROPHET PARIAH items are made to order. Please allow 5–11 business days (depending on product) for production before your order ships. During peak seasons, production times may be longer.

Shipping Time & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. 

Shipping Cost

Free U.S. shipping is included for orders over $100.00, shipping within the United States.

Shipping for International Orders are paid by customer.

Split Shipments

Because items are made to order and may be fulfilled from different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package. Packages may arrive on different days. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each package.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Issues, Damaged Items, or Misprints (14-Day Window)

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@prophetpariah.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the shipping label/packaging (if damage occurred in transit)

Returns for damaged/misprinted items are customer-paid unless otherwise stated. After review, we will provide next steps.

Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Notice)

Because items are made to order:

  • No returns or refunds are offered for wrong size or color selection.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, your mail room/front desk, and your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
