Returns & Exchanges
Because each PROPHET PARIAH item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong color choice, or incorrect sizing. That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will make it right!
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll provide a free replacement or refund.
To help us resolve it quickly, please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the shipping label/packaging (if damaged)
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send the correct item at no cost. In some cases, we may not require a return.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for sizing/fit issues. This includes situations where an item “runs small/large,” preference for an oversized/relaxed fit, or ordering the wrong size.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Items that were worn, washed, or altered
Incorrect size selection (unless approved for a one-time store-credit exchange)
Buyer’s remorse / change of mind
Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local carrier and neighbors first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim or investigate. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll do our best to help.
International orders are made to order and all sales are final for returns/exchanges due to sizing, preference, or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we may be able to make it right through a replacement or refund (return may not be required).
International shipments may be subject to customs duties/taxes and carrier fees, which are assessed by your local authorities.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If an order is refused, or returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we can reship it (additional shipping required) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
