How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

Estimated delivery times (after processing and production):


  • U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. Priority/Expedited (if available at checkout): 2–4 business days

During high-volume seasons (new drops, holidays), processing can take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer international shipping to select countries.

A few important notes:


  • International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Customs, duties, and import taxes (if charged) are the buyer’s responsibility and are set by your country — not us.

  • Some countries may experience delays due to customs processing.

If your country isn’t showing at checkout, it means we don’t currently ship there.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

You can also:


  • Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or

  • Reach out to us and we’ll help you locate it (especially if emails land in spam/promotions).

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Can I cancel my order after I already paid?

We can usually cancel an order only if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

If you need to cancel:


  • Contact us ASAP with your order number and the email used at checkout.

  • If it’s already shipped, we may not be able to cancel — but we can help with return options (if applicable).
